The printed sticker and its packaging carry the same declarations. If the declaration on the pack differs from this page, the pack prevails for that unit — write to consumer care and we will correct or replace it at our cost.
4. Pricing, taxes and invoices
- Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable GST.
- A tax invoice is issued for every order and emailed to the address on the order.
- Delivery charges (if any) and the total payable amount are shown before you confirm an order. There are no hidden fees.
5. Shipping, delivery and returns
Shipping timelines, delivery partners, serviceable PIN codes and return windows are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: dispatch within 1–3 working days after order confirmation, delivery in 3–7 working days for serviceable PIN codes, free replacement for damaged or wrong items, and a 7-day return window for unused products.
